This featured piece is a personal project I worked on for about 35 to 40 hours total. It is a video tribute to The Fresh Prince of Bel Air theme song. I used After Effects, primarily, and Photoshop and Illustrator assisting with images.
This is another tutorial turned into huge spinoff project. I followed a tutorial I found through Google on Kinetic Text. The instructor was using Linkin Park's song Bleed It Out.

If you're ever looking for a good After Effects tutorial, head over to VideoCopilot.net and check out what Andrew Kramer has put together. I decided to follow his tutorial on the Heads Up Display.
Kramer used video footage facing his actor, similar to what was used in Iron Man. I didn't have any video, so I reversed the angle and used a high resolution image and created a futuristic camera effect.
